What do I bring to my coaching?

Training + expertise

I am a qualified Transformational Coach, having taken part in a rigorous and comprehensive programme accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Alongside this training, I work with my own coach mentor, peer groups and continuously evolve my practice based on thought leaders in the world of personal development.

7+ years of professional experience

I worked at M&C Saatchi and then spent five years at leading venture capital fund, JamJar alongside the founders of innocent drinks. I honed my expertise alongside such high performing teams, analysing 100s of exceptional founders, their strategies and KPIs.

I supported founders at Cornerstone VC, a diversity-focused fund, and was one of the only senior females of black heritage in the UK where I led the in-house coaching programme. I also work with founders through programmes led by Barclays, Somerset House and London Business School.

Outside of my career, I play football semi-professionally, understanding intrinsically what it means to be a leader on the field.

A unique style of coaching

As a venture capitalist, I am trained in understanding people and seeking out information, I now apply that skillset to coaching, using powerful questions to guide you to the answers you need. I balance this approach with a deep commitment to creating a calm, supportive space. I have experienced first-hand how transformational coaching can be. To help you find the courage to create the change you want to see in your life is the biggest motivator for me and I bring that energy to every client I work with.
