I have spent five years in venture capital at leading consumer fund, JamJar Investments alongside the guys behind innocent drinks. Part of a small team, it was here where I really honed my expertise, evaluating startups and their founders day in day out. Through deciding which founders to invest millions into and assessing a huge numbers of companies, I developed a very clear sense of what excellence looks like - across team, product, business model and unit economics, growth and execution.
